"Whether or not the White Sox move to The 78, where the South Branch of the Chicago River flowed until 1929, commitments to a substantial amount of free publicly accessible open space and natural areas must be part of any new agreement," said Friends' Exectuvie Director Margaret Frisbie in a letter to the editor published in the Sun Times.
