Forgo Green Dyeing for a New Tradition

In March, Friends of the Chicago River, Openlands, and the Sierra Club Illinois Chapter called on Mayor Lori Lightfoot and Plumbers Union Local 130 to forgo the annual green dyeing of the Chicago River downtown by creating a new tradition that respects the river.
